"Good gear, but the communication could be better"
I picked up a carrier and a few pouches from HRT, and overall I’m happy with the gear itself. The stitching is clean, the zippers and straps feel solid, and after several range days nothing is fraying or coming apart. It’s definitely not cheap, but it does feel like equipment that’s going to hold up for a while. My only real annoyance was the communication around the order — some of the updates weren’t very clear, and I had to do a bit of guessing on timing. Still, once it showed up, the quality made a good impression

"Fits better than I thought it would"
I was surprised by how well this gear fits. It sits comfortably even after wearing it for a while, and I didn’t notice any weird rubbing or tight spots, especially around the seams. It just feels easy to keep on.

I ordered a few things and, honestly... they shipped way faster than I thought they would. The tracking updated like it should, and the package showed up with no problems at all. So yeah, happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely order again.

"Wrong item, then no replacement available"
They sent me the wrong item, and when I tried to get it replaced, the one I actually ordered was out of stock again. Kind of frustrating. I don’t know for sure, but it feels like their inventory might not be getting updated properly...
